AI Features

Our AI tutor and study recommendations use third-party AI services. To respond to you, these services receive your messages and relevant information about your studies. We do not share your name or email address with them. We keep your conversations so you can return to them and so we can improve the quality of our answers.

Aggregated and De-identified Data

We combine information about how learners use StudyCerts — such as scores, pass rates, study time, and ratings — into aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify you. We use it to improve our services and may publish, report on, and share it, for example in statistics on our website, marketing materials, research, and reports to partners and investors. We do not publish aggregated statistics in a way that is reasonably likely to identify an individual learner.
